Welcome to Tech For Growth Project 🌟

In this project, you will break down your product from a technical lens and gain a deep understanding of how it functions. This isn’t about theory—it’s about making technology work for growth. By the end of this project, you will:

  • Define and understand your product, its mission, and its users.
  • Perform a complete technical breakdown of your product’s components.
  • Understand what capabilities you need to build and how to structure them.
  • Detail out key trade-offs and nuances that impact decision-making.

Which product should you pick?

Pick only and only your product—the one you work on day in and day out. If you aren’t working on a product currently, pick the last product you worked on. You must deeply understand the user journey, products features etc to be able to really grasp the concept of tech for growth. The goal is to make this as real and actionable as possible.

How to go about this project?

This project is structured into four key sections. Each section is designed to help you progressively break down your product’s technical aspects. The best way to approach it is to complete each section in sync with your learning modules. By the end, you will not just understand your product’s tech stack—you will know how to leverage it for growth.
